Do you provide gift wrapping?
Yes, select "Gift box" at "Packing option" at the checkout page to receive your order in our Signature Gift Box.
Please note that our Signature Gift Box can fit up to 3 products.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation via email within a few minutes after you place your order.

Will the tag be attached if I do not choose to engrave it?
No, products will not come with a blank tag if there is no request for an engraving. In this case, there will only be a logomark tag attached.
This only applies to all products that can be engraved on a tag.
I received a faulty/wrong item. What do I do?
It is our responsibility to ensure all orders are processed correctly.
In the event of wrong or faulty product(s) received, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange for the correct product(s). Kindly inform us via email to email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
The courier costs for returning the products will be borne by us.

Engraving products will be ready to pick up in 1 to 3 business days. You will be contacted via Whatsapp as soon as your order is ready for collection.

How long does engraving take?
Our engraving process typically takes 1 to 3 business days to complete.
You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information of your parcel once it has been shipped.
1. Orders with a combination of engraved item(s) and ready-to-ship item(s) will only be fulfilled once the engraved item(s) are completed.
2. Your engraving request will be processed exactly as you enter it including upper/lower case letters.
3. Please note that there might be slight variances in appearance across each engraved piece. We always try our best to have the engraving characters as centralised as possible.

Pre-order products are items that are currently out of stock but can still be purchased. These items will be shipped at a later date when the new stock arrives.
Orders with a combination of pre-order item(s) and ready-to-ship item(s) will only be fulfilled once the pre-order item(s) are ready to ship.
How to Store?
When you are not wearing your jewellery, store it flat and away from sunlight and damp. Place the jewellery in the box after used help to prolong the life and finishing of your jewellery piece.
How to Clean?
Use only non-gel toothpaste to smear onto the jewellery with toothbrush or rag is an excellent idea to clean it. Rub if off with soft cloth after 5 minutes, rinse well with warm water & wipe it dry
Care for Brass Collection
For jewellery that made of brass, they require a little more maintenance on jewellery care. As brass & silver material are more delicate compared to stainless steel, the finishes on plated jewellery may fade progressively over time from wear and tear.
It can be prevented by taking a few precautions in the care of your jewellery. Please handle your brass jewellery with care. It should always avoid contact with water, perfumes, moisturizes and cleaning products. Putting your jewellery on last when you are getting ready to go could help avoid those.
Keeping your brass or silver made jewellery in dry spot such as jewellery box or having it wrapped in an anti-tarnish cloth and/or an anti-tarnish bag is the best way to preserve its shine and quality.
Care for Stainless Steel Collection
Our stainless steel collections are typically waterproof and non-tarnish, they are safe to contact with water that contains salt or alcohol without getting tarnished or discoloration.
It makes them sports-friendly and can be worn during sports or even in the shower.
Store them individually and separated from other jewellery to avoid getting scratched by other hard material items.
