Thank you for choosing Gung Jewellery! We strive to ensure a seamless and secure delivery process for all our customers. Please review our shipping policy below for details on shipping rates, delivery times, and additional services.

**Domestic Shipping (Malaysia):**

- *West Malaysia Orders:*
  - Shipping Fee: RM8
  - Delivery Time: 1 to 3 business days
- *East Malaysia Orders:*
  - Shipping Fee: RM15
  - Delivery Time: 2 to 5 business days
- *Free Shipping:*
  - All orders above RM250 qualify for free shipping.

**International Shipping:**

For international orders, please visit our International Shipping Page to view shipping rates and estimated delivery times.

- We are not able to ship to PO boxes.
- Delivery times commence from the date of dispatch.
- Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties, taxes, and items that are lost during transit.

**Same Day Delivery (Klang Valley):**

- *Service Fee:* RM20
- *Eligibility:* Orders within 15KM from Gung Jewellery's warehouse at SS22 Damansara Jaya
- *Order Cut-Off:* Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be delivered by 6:00 PM on the same day.
- *Next Day Delivery:* Orders made after 1:00 PM will be delivered the next day before 1:00 PM.
- *Availability:* Monday to Friday only.
- *Note:* Not available for orders with pre-order items or engraving requests.

**Self Pick-Up:**

- *Pick-Up Time:* Next business day between 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
- *Pick-Up Location:* Gung Jewellery Headquarters
