Do you offer same day delivery?

Same day delivery is available for orders within Klang Valley.

Taxes & Duties

Are there handling fees, duties or taxes?

For Malaysia orders
You will not be charged any duties or taxes.

For International orders
Your parcel may incur customs duties and taxes by your local customs offices as the payment made for your order does not include taxes and duties.

Any charges on a parcel shall be paid and borne by the person/company receiving the parcel. If required by local authorities, the courier company may reach out to you for official documents, such as tax invoices or proof of payment, to facilitate customs clearance. Please note that gifts will still need to go through standard import procedures, as determined by the custom laws in each designation country, and are taxable if the value of the gift is above a stated local threshold.


Gung has no control over these charges and are unable to advise you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Kindly contact your local customs office for current import charges before you order, to confirm your local tax and duty fees.

How long does it take to ship my order?

  • Orders without engraving requests will be dispatched within 2 working days.
  • Orders with engraving requests will be dispatched within 3 working days.
  • Orders with pre-order items will be dispatched within 2 working days after the stock arrives at our warehouse.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking information via email. You can keep track on the parcel's route and activities while it makes its way to you. 

You can also log in to your Gung Jewellery account to review the your order status at any time.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests ARE NOT encouraged. However, you may contact us via email to support@gungjewellery.com

Cancellations can only be processed before the order is packaged.

Pre-order products

Our pre-order products are all labelled with [Pre-order]. This means that the product is sold out but is being restocked. These items will come back in stock on a specific date as stated in the description of the product listing.

 

In the event that your order contains a combination of pre-order item(s) and ready-to-ship item(s), your order will be placed on hold and shipped altogether when the pre-order item(s) are ready to ship.

How is my order packaged?

Every Gung Jewellery order is thoughtfully packed to protect your pieces and reduce waste where we can.

Here’s what’s included:

  • A jewellery pouch

  • A card holder to keep your jewellery safe and organized

  • During non-sale periods, you’ll also receive our Signature Gift Box and Paper Bag, complimentary

To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary waste, we go minimal on packaging during sale periods (e.g. Mid-Year Sale). That means we skip the gift box and paper bag by default.

But if you’d like them included, just leave a note in the “Remark” section at checkout, and we’ll pack it beautifully, with love 

Warranty: GUNG Forever Care Program

Do GUNG products have a warranty?

  • Warranty is claimable for 1 years from the date of purchase under GUNG Forever Care Program.
  • We covers defects in materials and workmanship.

What does the 1-Year Full Coverage Warranty include?

For the first year after your purchase, your jewellery is fully covered for any manufacturing defects. This includes:

  • Discoloration
  • Chain breakages
  • Clasp malfunctions
  • Missing stone

What happens after the first year of coverage?

After your 1-year warranty ends, you’ll still enjoy lifetime support with our GUNG Forever Care. This includes:

  • Complimentary minor repairs (chain fixes, clasp replacements)
  • Jewellery care tips and styling advice
  • Access to a dedicated Care Contact anytime
  • Personalized gift suggestions for special occasions

Are repairs or replacements free after the first year?

While minor repairs (such as chain fixes or clasp replacements) are still complimentary under GUNG Forever Care, repairs beyond that may be subject to a fee. Our team will always inform you before proceeding with any paid services.

How do I request a repair under the Forever Care program?

To request a repair or support, simply contact our GUNG Care Team via email (support@gungjewellery.com). We’ll guide you through the process and assist with any necessary repairs or services.

What is the difference between the 1-Year Full Coverage and Forever Care?

The 1-Year Full Coverage offers protection against manufacturing defects for the first year of purchase, while Forever Care provides lifetime support beyond that, offering ongoing minor repairs, care advice, and dedicated assistance.

Can I transfer the warranty to someone else?

The 1-Year Full Coverage warranty is non-transferable. However, GUNG Forever Care is a lifetime service that will always be available to you.

What if my jewellery isn’t covered under the warranty?

If the issue is not related to a manufacturing defect (e.g., damage caused by improper care or misuse), we’ll still do our best to assist, repairs beyond that may be subject to a fee. Our team will always inform you before proceeding with any paid services.

Refund, Exchange & Return

How do I start a return?

Fill up the form to complete with details of the item(s), photos, and reason for return/refund. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and get back to you with an update.

What if I change my mind after receiving my order?

No worries! You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a full refund,return or exchange — as long as it’s unworn, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging and security tag attached. Your purchase  is protected by GUNG’s 30-Day Money-Back Promise.

Can I return or exchange earrings?

Due to hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.

Can I return personalized or custom jewellery?

Unfortunately, personalized or custom pieces are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll gladly cover the return shipping — just let us know and we’ll take care of it. If we provide a return label for other reasons, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Can I drop off the return instead of shipping it?

Yes, you're welcome to drop off your return at our HQ. Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with the necessary details.

What if I bought my item at a popup or consignment store?

Offline purchases are eligible for exchange only, not refunds. Make sure to bring your original packaging and receipt or order proof.

How long does it take to receive my refund or exchange?

Once your return is approved and received, your refund, credit, or exchange will be processed within 7–14 business days. Actual bank processing time may vary.

What happens if I return an item without the tag or original packaging?

Returns must include the original packaging and the security tag still attached. If not, we may have to reject the return or offer an alternative based on inspection.

What if I received a faulty or wrong item?

We sincerely apologize if you’ve received a product that’s incorrect or faulty — that’s on us, and we’re here to make it right.

If this happens, please email us at support@gungjewellery.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll offer you a full refund or an exchange for the correct item, and GUNG will cover all courier costs related to the return.

Your satisfaction means the world to us, and we’ll ensure you receive the GUNG piece you originally ordered.

Are there any other items that are non-refundable or non-exchangeable?

  • Yes, returns or exchanges are not allowed for the following:
    Personalized engraving products and any pierced earrings. 
  • Products showing damage from improper care (e.g., chain breakage or tarnishing)
  • Change-of-mind returns beyond 30 days

Personalized Engraving

Do you provide engraving services?

Yes we do! Most of the Gung Jewellery's collections are designed specially for personalized engraving with initials, name, date of meaningful events to make it more unique and adding extra sentimental value for your special ones.

Some collections are able to be engraved with 1 to 8 engraving characters. Please choose the font and provide the EXACT characters to be engraved, we will process your engraving request accordingly. 

How long does it take to engrave?

The engraving process takes 1 to 3 business days to complete. We will ship your order on the day it is completed.

Disclaimer:

All orders with engraving requests will be placed on hold and shipped together once the engraved product is ready to ship.

What are the fonts for engraving?

We offer a selection of elegant fonts to suit your style! You’ll see a list of font choices on the product page when selecting your engraving.

If you don’t choose a font, we’ll engrave your text in our default, signature font.

Can I ask for a translation for my engraving request?

We’re sorry, but we’re unable to provide translation services for engraving requests. Please ensure your text is exactly how you’d like it engraved—our team will engrave it exactly as you provide it. 

Do you charge for engraving?

No, we offer engraving as an exclusive, complimentary service on our website!
If the collection you choose includes engraving options, you’ll enjoy this extra touch for free when you order directly from us online.

How do I know where the engraving will be placed?

Engravable on tag:
If you see this, we’ll add a sleek rectangular tag to the jewelry and engrave your text there.

 

Engravable on pendant:
For designs that have a special space for engraving, we’ll engrave directly on the pendant itself.

Can I exchange or get a refund for personalized engraved jewellery?

We’re sorry, but because personalized engraved jewellery is custom-made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or provide store credits. Please take a moment to carefully check your preferred text and engraving details before you complete your order.

Which currency will my order be processed in?

All orders and final invoices would be in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).

The website's currency converter is a convenient indicator for your reference to calculate the rough figure only.

Jewellery Care Tips

Store your jewellery flat and away from sunlight when not in use. After each wear, gently wipe with a soft jewellery cloth and store in a jewellery box.

 

For Jewellery that made of brass 
They require a little more maintenance on jewellery care. As brass material are more delicate compared to stainless steel, the
finishes on plated jewellery may fade progressively over time from wear and tear.

It can be prevented by taking a few precautions in the care of your jewellery. Please handle your brass jewellery with care. It should always avoid contact with water, perfumes, moisturizes and cleaning products. Putting your jewellery on last when you are getting ready to go could help avoid those.

Keeping your brass or silver
made jewellery in dry spot such as jewellery box or wrapped in an anti-tarnish cloth and/or an anti-tarnish bag is the best way to preserve its shine and quality.

 

How to Clean your Jewellery?
Use only non-gel toothpaste to smear onto the jewellery with toothbrush or rag to clean it. Rub it off with soft cloth after 5 minutes, rinse well with warm water & wipe it dry.
