We ship worldwide!

For Malaysia orders:

West Malaysia orders - RM8 | 1 to 3 business days to deliver

East Malaysia orders - RM15 | 2 to 5 business days to deliver

Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes we do, for Klang Valley orders.


Same Day Delivery (Klang Valley)

- RM20 delivery fee

- For all orders within 15KM from Gung Jewellery's warehouse at SS22 Damansara Jaya

- Orders will be delivered before 7:00PM on the day for orders made before 1:00PM

- For orders made past 1:00PM, expect to receive your order next day before 1:00PM

- You may select same day delivery at the checkout page before payment

- Delivery from Monday to Friday only

Order & Handling

Do you provide gift wrapping?

Yes of course! Simply mention it's for a gift at checkout page and your order will be packed in our Gung Jewellery's signature gift box. 

While we adorn with fashion & jewellery, mother nature is also what we care about. We want to minimize the detrimental effects of packaging to the environment. Hence, we choose the material of packaging for our brand carefully, we are intended to go as much sustainable as possible.

Disclaimer:
Please note that our gift box can fit up to 3 products. If you wish to separate the products to be wrapped individually, you may opt in to purchase an extra gift box and tell us how you would like to arrange the products to be wrapped as gifts in the remark column at checkout page.

I did not receive my order's confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation via email within a few minutes after you place your order.

In the event of the order confirmation does not appear in your inbox, it may be in your junk or spam folders. You can also always review the details and status of your order here.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive your order's tracking information via email. You can keep track on the parcel's route and activities while it makes its way to you. 

You can also log in to your Gung Jewellery account to review the your order's status at any time.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests ARE NOT encouraged. However, you may contact us via email to support@gungjewellery.com

Cancellations can only be processed before our team packages the order.

Pre-order products

Our pre-order products are all labelled with [Pre-order], it means that the product is sold out is being restocked. These collections will come back in stock on a specific date as stated in the description on top of the product's specifications.

In the event of your order contains any pre-order item(s) and there are ready-to-ship item(s) within the order, the order will be placed on hold and to be shipped altogether when the pre-order item(s) are ready to ship.

Return & Exchange

Faulty or wrong item received?

It's our responsibility to ensure all of our orders to be processed correctly.

In the event of wrong or faulty product(s) received, we are more than happy to offer a full refund or exchange for the right product(s). Kindly inform us via email to support@gungjewellery.com within 14 days of receipt.

The cost of courier service for returning the products will be borne by us.

What kinds of product are non-refundable & non-exchangable?

Kindly note that returns or exchanges are not allowed in the circumstances outlined as below:

- Change of mind

- Pierced earrings for reason of hygiene

- Product sets that contain earrings

- Sale items

Our policy of exchange and return is 14 days upon product delivery. Please be informed that we are not able to accept exchange and return after 14 days for any reasons.

Personalized Engraving

Do you provide engraving services?

Yes we do! Some of Gung Jewellery's collections are designed specially for personalized engraving with initials, name, date of meaningful events to make it more unique and adding extra sentimental value for your special ones.

Some collections are able to be engraved from 1 up to 8 engraving characters. Please choose the font and provide the EXACT characters to be engraved, we will process your engraving request accordingly.

How long does it take to engrave?

Engraving process takes 2 to 7 business days to complete. We will ship your order on the day the engraving is completed.

As we engrave for every order piece by piece and partially by hand.

All orders with engraving jewellery requests will be placed on hold and shipped altogether when your engraving piece of product is ready to ship.

Which currency will my order be processed in?

All orders and final invoices would be in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).

We have the currency converter is a convenient indicator for your reference to calculate the rough figure only.

Taxes & Duties

Are there handling fees, duties or taxes?

For Malaysia orders
You will not be charged with any duties or taxes.

For International orders
Your order's parcel may incur customs duties and taxes by your local customs offices as the payment made for your order does not include taxes and duties.

Feel free to consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay fees upon receiving your order.

Jewellery Care & Warranty

Jewellery Care

When you are not wearing your jewellery, store it flat
and away from sunlight. Place the jewellery in the box after used help to prolong the life and finishing of your piece. After each wear, gently wipe with a soft jewellery cloth and store in a jewellery box.

For Jewellery that made of brass or silver
They require a little more maintenance on jewellery care. As brass &
silver material are more delicate compared to stainless steel, the
finishes on plated jewellery may fade progressively over time from wear and tear.

It can be prevented by taking a few precautions in the
care of your jewellery. Please handle your brass jewellery with care. It should always avoid contact with water, perfumes, moisturizes and
cleaning products. Putting your jewellery on last when you are getting
ready to go could help avoid those.

Keeping your brass or silver
made jewellery in dry spot such as jewellery box or having it wrapped in
an anti-tarnish cloth and/or an anti-tarnish bag is the best way to
preserve its shine and quality.

How to Clean your Jewellery?
Use
only non-gel toothpaste to smear onto the jewellery with toothbrush or
rag is an excellent idea to clean it. Rub if off with soft cloth after 5
minutes, rinse well with warm water & wipe it dry thoroughly.

Warranty

We do provide warranty services for up to 1 year of your purchase.

We cover the issues as gemstones fall out of its setting and breakage of clasp/jump ring.

General

Extension for Jewellery?

Yes, jewellery length extension can be done if you prefer the collection with 5, 10 or 15cm longer.
