ORDERS HANDLING
Tracking code will be provided for all orders. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination on the same account, orders will be combined with one tracking code unless otherwise requested.

Please allow up to two business days(weekends and holidays are not included) for us to process and dispatch your order. Cancellation of orders must be made within 12 hours after you place your order.

Note that delivery times commence from the date of dispatch. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes, and items that are lost in transit.

MISSING TRACKING INFORMATION

Please allow at least one business day after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online. If the tracking information does not update online, and the expected delivery date has passed, please contact us at support@gungjewellery.com so that we can assist you further.

ORDERS FAILED TO BE DELIVERED
In the event of your order's package is failed to be delivered and it is sent back to Gung Jewellery by the courier, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipping or a refund of your order.
Please also note that the shipping fee is not refundable in the event of wrong information of delivery placed by customers.

 

RETURN POLICY
Gung Jewellery has a 7 business days return policy, any return must be requested and shipped/postmarked within 7 days of receipt.
 
Refunds can be applied only on non-promotional items. Pierced earrings are non-refundable or non-exchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty.
 
If the item(s) you received are faulty or damaged, we are more than happy to offer a full refund or exchange, but you must contact us no later than 2 business days of receipt by emailing us at support@gungjewellery.com
 

The item(s) must be returned to us in perfect condition exactly as you received, with the Gung Jewellery box as it is also part of the product.

 
RECEIVING A REFUND
You shall receive a refund in the account that you initially used to purchase the order.
Please note that the refund will not include the shipping cost.
In the event of a return to Gung Jewellery upon arrival, we will issue a refund latest up to 5 business days.
