We want you to absolutely love your jewellery. If you're not 100% happy, you have 30 days to request a return or exchange.

 

Return Timeline & Eligibility:
Return or refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with:
- Original box, pouch, and tag attached
- Any additional materials included with your purchase

Important:
All GUNG pieces come with a security tag.
Refunds or exchanges are only eligible if the tag remains attached and untampered.

 

Important Return Conditions
At GUNG, we want to support you at every step. However, to ensure fairness and uphold our quality standards, a few important conditions apply.
- Pierced earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.
- Personalized items: Customized or personalized pieces cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.
- Offline purchases (consignment or popup events): Eligible for exchange only; refunds are not available

Full refund to your original payment method OR opt for store credit or an exchange — and keep the shopping joy going!
*Customers are responsible for return shipping costs — but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover it for you.


How to Return Your GUNG Piece
Returning or refunding your GUNG jewellery is easy and worry-free. Here’s how:

      1. Submit a Return/ Refund Request

Fill up the form to complete with details of the item(s), photos, and reason for return/refund.

Important:
Please attach clear photos showing the item’s condition and the tag.
Select Your preferred return method: Courier or HQ Drop-Off
*HQ drop-off is only available during working hours (Monday to Friday, between 2 PM and 6PM), excluding public holidays.

2. Wait for Return Approval
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and get back to you with an update.
Once approved, you’ll receive the following based on your selected return method.

Courier Shipping: If you selected courier shipping in the questionnaire, our Gung Care team will send you a shipping label along with return instructions. (Note: Shipping labels are only available for local returns.)

HQ Drop-Off:
If you select HQ drop-off, our Gung Care team will confirm your appointment details, including the address and selected time slot. Appointments must be made in advance before visiting.

Important:
Any shipping label generated by our team will incur shipping charges, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

3. Prepare Your Return

Pack the item securely in its original box, pouch, and include the tag attached. 
Make sure the jewellery is unworn and undamaged.

4. Ship It Back or Drop off
Drop off your package at the courier as instructed within 7 days after the shipping label is issued.

5. Receive Your Refund, Credit, or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process:

A refund to your original payment method, or store credit or exchange, based on your preference
Refunds typically take 7-14 business days after approval, refund timelines may vary depending on your payment method or bank processing time.

*Approval of refunds, exchanges, or store credits is subject to final inspection by the GUNG Care Team. 

*If the returned item does not meet the conditions, GUNG reserves the right to reject the return or, where appropriate, our Care Team may offer an alternative solution and will reach out to you to discuss next steps.
