Eligibility: By participating in the Gung Jewellery Affiliate Program ("the Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. To be eligible for the Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid website, blog, or social media presence related to fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, or a related niche.
Enrollment: To join the Program, you must submit a completed application through our designated affiliate portal. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.
Promotion: As an affiliate, you agree to promote our fashion jewellery products in a positive and tasteful manner. You are not allowed to engage in any form of spamming, unethical marketing practices, or any activities that may damage our brand reputation.
Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn a commission on qualified sales made through their unique affiliate links. Commission rates and terms will be communicated upon acceptance into the Program.
Commission Adjustment: The Company reserves the right to adjust commission rates at its discretion. Affiliates will be notified in advance of any changes, and such modifications will apply prospectively from the date specified in the notification.
Payouts: Commissions will be paid out on a [quarterly] basis, provided the minimum payout threshold of [RM100] is reached. Payments will be made via [bank transfer], and it is the affiliate's responsibility to provide accurate payment information.
Cookie Duration: Our affiliate cookies are valid for a period of [30] days. This means that if a customer makes a purchase within this period after clicking your affiliate link, you will receive credit for the sale.
Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
Using their affiliate link to make purchases for their own use or on behalf of others.
Creating misleading, fake, or fraudulent accounts or referrals.
Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
Using our trademarked or copyrighted materials without prior written consent.
Intellectual Property: Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our provided marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions or for unethical marketing practices.
Modification of Terms: We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms.
Confidentiality: Any information shared with affiliates as part of the Program, including but not limited to commission rates and customer data, must be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties.
Discount Restrictions: Affiliates acknowledge and agree that their affiliate codes may not be applied to items that are already on sale or discounted, unless otherwise explicitly stated by the Company. This includes but is not limited to clearance items, flash sales, and special promotions.
Exclusion of Affiliate Discounts: Affiliates shall not promote or advertise their affiliate code in conjunction with any ongoing sales or promotions conducted by the Company. Followers or customers are explicitly prohibited from applying affiliate codes to sale items.
Compliance Monitoring: The Company reserves the right to monitor and audit affiliate-generated sales to ensure compliance with this clause. In the event of a violation, the Company may revoke any commissions earned on the sale of discounted items
