It is not advisable to wear the jewellery to work outs or shower, as shampoo, liquid that contains salt such as sweats, or perfume that contains alcohol could reduce the jewellery's shine and luster over time. Sweat will not harm the metal body of the jewellery, but it will affect the overall look of it down the road.

We always encourage our customers to remove jewellery before getting into shower or work outs, rinse the jewellery with water and wipe dry with a soft cloth as cleaning process.
