Gift Wrapping

Yes of course! Simply select "Gift box" at "Packing option" at checkout page. Your order will be beautifully wrapped as a gift with our Gung Jewellery's signature gift box. 

While we adorn with fashion & jewellery, mother nature is also what we care about. We want to minimize the detrimental effects of packaging to the environment. Hence, we choose the material of packaging for our brand carefully, we are intended to go as much sustainable as possible.

Therefore, we will fit up to 3 items of every order in a jewellery box. You may also request for having your order of a few items packaged individually and separately by stating "For gifting purpose" in the remark column at checkout page before payment. 

Besides, you could also opt for our signature Gung velvet pouches as an option, as less paper demand means less trees are cut down. With the idea of always bearing sustainability in mind, it will definitely and greatly help to our mother nature!

Order

Cancellation can only be processed before our team packages the product(s).

You will receive an order confirmation via email within a few minutes after you place your order.

In the event of the order confirmation does not appear in your inbox, it may be in your junk or spam folders. You can also always review the details and status of your order your Gung Jewellery account .

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive your order's tracking information via email. You can keep track on the parcel's route and activities while it makes its way to you. 

You can also log in to your Gung Jewellery account to review the your order's status at any time.

Your order's parcel may incur customs duties and taxes by your local customs offices as the payment made for your order does not include taxes and duties.

Feel free to consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay fees upon receiving your order.

Personalized Jewellery

Yes we do!

Some of Gung Jewellery's collections are designed for personalizing with engraving initials, name, date of meaningful events to make it more unique and to add extra sentimental value for yourself or your loved ones.

Up to 8 engraving characters can be done for most of our personalized engraving collections

All personalized engraving jewellery will take 7 to 10 business days for the engraving process to complete and to be ready to ship. As we engrave the jewellery piece by piece carefully and partially by hand.

*** All orders with personalized jewellery will be placed on hold and shipped altogether when your personalized jewellery is ready to ship.

Returns, exchanges and store credits are not applicable for all personalized engraving jewellery. Kindly ensure the preferred engraving characters entered are correct before placing your order. 

Pre-order

In the event of [Pre-order] is labelled on our collections, it means that the product is sold out as our best-sellers that are being restocked. These collections will come back in stock on a specific date as stated in the description on top of the product's specifications.

In the event of your order contains any pre-order item(s) and ready to shipped item(s), the order will be placed on hold and to be shipped altogether when the pre-order item(s) are back in stock, within the time frame stated in the description on the product page.

Pricing & Payment

All orders and final invoices would be in Ringgit Malaysia(MYR).

We have the currency converter is a convenient indicator for your reference to calculate the rough figure only.

For Malaysian customers, you may also check out our payment options such as local bank transfer (online banking) for Maybank2u, Cimbclick users and etc. E-wallets such as Touch'nGo and Boost all offered by EGHL.

Prior to confirming your order, kindly review the total amount and item(s) in your cart carefully. You should receive a confirmation email with your order details and invoice within a few minutes after placing your order.

Returns

Gung Jewellery has a 14 business days return policy, any return must be requested and shipped/postmarked within 14 days of receipt.

All returns must be unworn, have no signs of wear or damage, in its original condition with tags attached(if any) and in the original packaging(box and pouch) as received. 

Refunds can be applied only on non-promotional items and personalized engraving products. Pierced earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty. 

Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Gung Jewellery has the rights to deny the return and have the item re-shipped back to customers.

Kindly note that returns or exchanges are not allowed in the circumstances outlined as below:

  • Change of mind
  • Pierced earrings for reason of hygiene
  • Sets that contain earrings 
  • Sale items

It's our responsibility to ensure our team to processed all of our orders correctly.

In the event of wrong or faulty product(s) received, we are more than happy to offer a full refund or exchange for the right product(s). Kindly inform us via email to support@gungjewellery.com within 14 days of receipt.

The cost of courier service for returning the products will be borne by us.

Kindly note that the shipping fee is not refundable, the shipping fee will be deducted from the bill amount paid to be refunded. The shipping cost of the return parcel will be borne by your end.

You shall receive the refund in the account that initially used to make payment for the order within 7 to 14 business days from the delivery date of the return parcel. As soon as we confirm the refund is good to proceed, a confirmation email will be sent as a notification of refund in progress.
